COVID-19 Protection Framework (traffic lights): We are OPEN for ROUTINE DENTAL SERVICES

The Ministry of Health has advised that denying access to dental care on the basis of vaccination status is unacceptable. We are therefore providing care to ALL of our patients at the Dental Studio.

We will continue to utilise screening questions, protocols and procedures, and PPE to mitigate the risk of COVID-19 transmission. 

All of our team are vaccinated in accordance with the COVID-19 vaccination mandate.

COVID-19 ALERT LEVEL 3: MOH and DCNZ have advised that patients can be seen for ROUTINE DENTAL SERVICES with heightened PPE and screening protocols in place. All our team members are fully vaccinated.

Our priority is rescheduling patients who have had appointments canceled during lockdown. We have limited appointments available so please bear with us during this process.

COVID-19 ALERT LEVEL 4: We will continue to see patients for ESSENTIAL DENTAL SERVICES (relief of pain, infection and trauma) until further notice. Heightened hygiene and screening protocols will be in place and all our team are fully vaccinated.

Patients with appointments booked over the designated lockdown dates, which are not urgent will be rescheduled - please bear with us during this process.

In relation to the current COVID-19 situation, New Zealand Dental Council and the Ministry of Health have announced that during Alert Level 2, we are able to recommence all routine dental services including: 

• Check-ups

• Fillings

• Orthodontic treatment

• Hygienist services

• Implants

As the health and safety of our patients and dental team is our priority, we have a number of safe working practices in place:
