Pre-appointment telephone health screening

Contact-less arrival: Fill in your patient questionnaire via your own device before your appointment. Give us a call when you arrive in the carpark and we will fetch you when it is time for your appointment. You will bypass the waiting room and head straight to the surgery. This is to prevent any unnecessary contact in the waiting room
