In our last month's competition, we asked 'how you would like to improve your smile?'. The most popular response was whiter teeth! Taking that on board, we've decided to give our fellow coasties the fantastic opportunity to win a professional tooth whitening session, valued at $350!

If you've already liked our page and subscribed to our newsletter, then fill out the form and you're still in for a chance to win.

One winner will be chosen at random. Each person may only have a maximum of 2 entries; one for liking our Facebook page and one for subscribing to our mailing list.
The competition closes on 30th June 2017. The winner will be announced on our website and Facebook page the following week.
The winner will be given the following prize:

The winner must respond to the winner announcement email and/or Facebook post within 14 days of sending. If the winner does not get in touch with the Dental Studio within this time, then the prize will be forfeit and another winner will be randomly selected.

Prize appointments must be booked in advance and are subject to availability of the date/time requested. The prizes may not be used in conjunction with any other offer.
Prizes may be gifted to another, but not be exchanged for their monetary value.If you have a booked in your prize appointment, you must attend your appointment at your scheduled time. Appointments can be rescheduled with 24 hours notice. Missed free appointments can not be rescheduled.
