Stanmore Bay Dental Studio now offers Southern Cross Easy-Claim. This enables Southern Cross members to claim dental services approved within their insurance policy at their appointment. Dental treatments are eligible under your insurance plan and will be paid directly by Southern Cross health insurance. There is no need to complete a claim form or wait for reimbursement.
It’s an easy, no-pain process.
Southern Cross Easy Claim can cover 100% of your dental bill up to a limit, or it may only cover a percentage depending on the treatment.

How to use Easy-Claim
Simply present your Member card or use the mobile app's virtual Member card at the front desk when attending your dental appointment.
You will only pay any remaining contribution you’re responsible for, so you don’t have to worry about filling out claim forms or waiting for a refund.
